On 2/5/2008 a judge ordered a private citizen to not talk about any issues relating to the income tax.  For this individual, his first amendment rights were arbitrarily suspended.  You may be able to speak your mind, at least for a while, but one man is forever enjoined from doing the same, even if the words are 100% true.

This was done at the behest of the IRS and without an evidentiary hearing as one needs to provide evidence of a crime to have an actual hearing.  There was no due process and there was no justice.  Just outright tyranny.

In the weeks ahead, we will have video of by an esteemed attorney in the constitutional revival movement who will comment on the illegal tactics employed by the IRS to deprive citizens not only of their hard earned wages but their rights as well.

What Can You Do?

After watching John Kotmair's statement, you need to do several things:
 

	Educate Yourself.  Watch The Truth About The Income Tax on Google or better yet get a copy on DVD.  Share it with everyone you know.  Then get the entire series, Just the Facts, which goes into more detail.  Review other video materials available at this site from us and other third parties.  Then when you understand, look for positive actions you can take to change things.
	Read John Kotmair's book, Piercing the Illusion, which has been banned by the IRS but which we were fortunate to have acquired a large number of copies last year.
	Visit our friends at Lexrex.com.  Besides washing your brain clean from all of the government crud that has been poured into it, there are a number of educational resources and booklets available.
	Get your head out of the clouds.  If people in the freedom movement don't start evaluating everything around them including what happens inside our movement with a more skeptical eye, the forces of greed and control will divide us up like a turkey on Thanksgiving.  View good intentions as just that and look to results and consequences.  Evaluate people on the basis of what they do, not what they say.
	Take Action.  The movement sparked by Ron Paul will clearly outlast him and the people around him.  There are a number of existing initiatives that deserve your consideration: Liberty Works Radio Network.  This is an initiative by patriots to establish an independent radio network that will address the needs of liberty minded Americans.  This network is still very much in start up mode and needs your help.  See the video explaining how it will work.  To purchase one or more copies of this video on DVD please see our shopping cart.
