Domain Questions
1)
How do I get all of my domains working with web site?
Quite simple. If you can
pull up your Activation Email, you'll notice DNS entries to plug in to
your registrar. You will need to go to the provider whom you registered
your domain name from (ex: networksolutions.com), login to your master
domain panel and update your domains 'NAME SERVERS.'
You will then point your
domain to the domain Name Server of your choice.
Of course, if you
need assistance with this (as we have helped out in the past with others)
please don't hesitate to contact us

3)
Why doesn't my web site work yet?
Upon activation, it will
take your site 24-72 hours to update DNS entries AROUND the globe. In
English, every DNS "phone book" (so to speak) will be updated within a
MAXIMUM of 72 hours and at that time, anyone in the world can access your
site. YOU may be able to access your site within 24 hours, but people 4
blocks from you, may not be able to access your site until 24 hours from
now (it's really work how the system works). :-/
This is true with ANY web
host. SO, if you would like, you may access your web site by visiting the
following URL (so you may test things out)
http://111.111.111/~username/
Just replace USERNAME
with the username assigned to you in your Activation Email. and replacing
the IP with the one provided in that email as well :-)

4)
What are the name servers for my site?
These name servers are
located in your Activation Email. They look something like
NS3.something.com NS4.something.com Something like is what you will be
looking for. PLEASE DO NOT ASSIGN YOUR NAME SERVERS to the ones in this
example unless you are certain these are yours. :-) Please allow 24-72
hours for global DNS updates to update your DNS entries. :-)

How do I get files onto my web site?
Several ways! :-) Either
by uploading your files one by one via your control panel or, an easier
way, by using an FTP/HTML editor to upload your files (such as FrontPage,
CuteFTP, etc..). All you will need to do is configure the HTML/FTP editor
to work with your site and you should be good to go!

10) What's the difference between domain pointing and domain parking?
Pointing - pointing a TLD
domain name to a sub-domain giving it the appearance of an account of it
own
Parking - making a second
domain name point to the same web site as another.
Each of these services are 15.00 one time, and can be purchased through
the sales department.
