Can I prepay for an
additional monthly data transfer/bandwidth?
No. If you need more monthly data transfer, you need to upgrade your
account. If you need extra bandwidth for only one month, please contact
support when you are about to exceed your limit.
What will happen when my
site go
over the data transfer limit?
The system has the capability to block sites that exceed their data transfer
limit. This will be done at the owner's option of course, so you will have
the choice to continue using more data transfer and pay more at the end of
the month, or stop using more data transfer but no need to pay more at the
end of the month.
I don't have credit card. Can
I do a wire transfer, check or money order?
Our preferred way of billing is for you to set up an
automatic debit to your credit card such that payment will be automatically
made at the beginning of each month. We can guide you through the
online payment process as part of setting up your account. You can
also set up a pre-approved electronic funds transfer with your bank.
Virtually any method of payment is acceptable.
We
accept payment by check and payment must be made prior to the beginning of
each billing period. If you want to send us a
check or money order please send it to: Talos4
